The property is a 10-minute walk from the River Tay and lies amongst nature and wildlife boasting stunning scenery and lovely walks from the doorstep. If you can drag yourself away then there is plenty to do in the local area and the location is perfect for visiting many popular tourist attractions including the V&A in Dundee, Blair Castle north of Pitlochry or a day trip to Edinburgh or Glasgow.
