Little Puddockwells is a lovely 2 bedroomed self-catering holiday cottage which is tucked away at the end of a little access road offering tranquil accommodation for up to 3 guests.  .  The cottage is available all year round and benefits from the convenience of having its own parking, garden with lovely views and Wi-fi.   One well-behaved dog is welcome which means you can bring the whole family for what is sure to be a wonderfully relaxing holiday. 

The accommodation is over 2 levels and comprises:  modern open plan kitchen / lounge with 2 comfy sofas, TV, DVD player and Freeview on the ground floor.   The first floor comprises:  1 x twin bedded room,  1 x single bedded room, plenty of storage and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.  Outside there is a gravelled area with garden furniture leading onto the garden. 

Bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, heating and electricity are all included in the rental price.  

This is a stone built detached cottage with the benefit of having the owner living next door.  The two gardens do not overlook each other.  They will ensure you are afforded your privacy during your stay, however, are on hand should you need anything. 

Dunkeld and Birnam are two beautiful historic villages on the banks of the River Tay.  They are separated by a wonderful Telford Bridge.  Dunkeld boasts some great independent places to eat from traditional music bars, friendly hotels with great food, wine bars/delis, coffee shops to our local delicious fish and chips.  Shopping includes plenty of independent shops and art galleries.  

If outdoor recreation is your thing, then there are a huge variety of walks from along the beautiful River Tay, up the local Birnam Hill to Ben Y Vrackie and Ben Lomond a bit further afield.  Locally, you can hire mountain bikes, play golf,  try a quad bike trek or a 4 x 4 off road experience.  Canyoning, white-water rafting, gorge walking, paddle boarding are available too.
