Kintaline house welcomes you to relax, recharge and refresh in peaceful tranquil spacious surroundings, in a rural location with private cottage gardens yet still close to the many attractions of Oban, Glencoe and North Argyll. It is the perfect place to bring multi generational adults together.

The large light airy child free house is a perfect place to do nothing, with different unique places to sit, read, play games, catch up with family or be alone : light floods from all sides of the house, the large open plan, double height living space : the capacious conservatory ; the balcony study area.
Guests love the space to come together with friends, yet easily find your own cosy chairs to read, craft, watch the skies go past.
High speed free wifi throughout the house makes it ideal for workation digital nomads, you can work and play in equal measure.

3 Bedrooms sleeping 6 Adults(over 17 y.o. only)  : Ground floor double ensuite : Upstairs double and Superking/twin sharing a large bathroom. (Both Doubles have kingsize duvets, the superking each guest has double duvet) 
Generous supplies of cotton linen and towels (Bathsheet, Bath towel, Hand towel and flannel for each guest)

There is a large mature cottage garden, with generous outdoor dining table, BBQ, loungers, seats under the willow arbour, and still more lawn to play in. Paddleboards / kayaks can be stored to the side and washed down. Lots of free parking space.
You can sit in the spacious Conservatory, play chess, boardgames, watch the birds, read, enjoy lunch and simply relax.

The surroundings has plenty to do: climb, cycle, walk, swim, fly, sail - visit castles, islands and local creative artists, go on boat tours, and enjoy so much delicious local food. The mountains, islands, lochs and glens await you. Culture, heritage and arts are all around us. I provide a comprehensive map for local attractions.

Our Local food is fabulous - local producers of meat, seafood, cakes, highland coo icecream ! and with a very well equipped kitchen, you can create feasts for friends and family, have exquisite catering delivered or choose something from close by fish and chips to the best of fine dining

The skies, seas and mountains all around are inspiring for all photographers and the wildlife is fascinating.
The outdoor sports opportunities are endless - diving, SUPaddling, climbing, walking, riding, skiing,
We have some great organisations who can guide you, teach you, and give you the experiences of your life.

Plenty to enjoy over your week or fortnight .. and you will have to come back for more.

Visitors come to North Argyll for the hills, the watersports, the skiing, the islands, the heritage, the creativity, the woodlands, the wildlife and the food. Oban, Glencoe, Inveraray, Kilmartin and a myriad selection of islands are all in easy reach.

Open all year around, the area is perfect for out of season breaks, especially to enjoy the outdoor sports and activities The house is ideal to remote work from with superfast wifi, and get outdoors to revitalise. If you need a West coast Oban base for an extended stay to visit islands, enjoy the hills and water, explore the local heritage and culture, the space inside, the very well equipped home and the comfort makes Kintaline House a great choice for stays from 3 up to 28 nights.
