Both cottages enjoy beautiful ever changing views south over Loch Earn with a backdrop of Edinample Castle, Glenample and Stuc A Chroin Munro. Views are enhanced throughout the year by ospreys, deer, squirrels, water skiers, regattas and more. Briar Steading sleeps 4 in King and Twin bedrooms en-suite. Enjoy the comfortable open plan lounge, satellite and Smart TV/Netflix and the wood burning stove alongside the dining and kitchen areas with integrated dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Briar Steading is a popular location for romantic holidays, anniversaries, special birthday celebrations, proposals and even private celebrant weddings for 4 ( or 7 people including out little cottage accommodation).

Pets adore Little Briar cottage. The patio has a partial awning, a water hose and dog bowls and is fenced for pet security. Pets can be let out through the patio gates to an acre grassy paddock and stream. The garden stile leads to an old railway walkway. Little Briar has a double and single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower for 3 guests plus one or 2 dogs. The modern kitchen has a mini dishwasher, double oven, full fridge freezer and integrated microwave.
