Perthshire
Welcome to Cloag Farm in the heart of Perthshire, a farm in a spectacular rural setting with extensive panoramic views and peaceful mature woodland. We grow barley for beer and whisky and oats for cereals and oatcakes with a few hens adding interest. We are an Agritourism business and look forward to welcoming you to our three comfortable Cloag Farm Cottages, a perffect base to stay to explore Perthshire and East Scotland. Each cottage sleeps up to four, with discounts for couples all year, and you can bring your dog.
Cloag Farm is on the boundary between Highland and Lowland Perthshire making it an ideal spot to discover Perthshire’s rich legacy of castles and historic sites and attractions and explore the delightful array of charming towns and villages as well as the city of Perth. Within a few miles you can be in the hills enjoying their isolated beauty or be visiting the Stone of Destiny in Perth’s new Museum. Being centrally located, it is easy to arrange days out in St Andrews and the East Neuk of Fife, Dundee and the Angus Glens, historic Stirling as well as trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Perth is the inter-city coach crossroads, so it is easy to take the bus and enjoy our cities without worrying about getting lost or parking.
Our visitors come for family holidays, for walking and activity visits, for a peaceful break to recharge and to visit friends and family. Many return to stay with us again. We love living in this part of Scotland, and look forward to giving you a personal welcome to Cloag Farm and introduce you to this wonderful part of the world.
