Welcome to our spacious comfortable 3 bedroomed bungalow with great accessibility. The large main room is comfortably furnished with a wood burning stove, sofas, chair and the dining table. The rooms' main window looks out onto Kylerhea and we have provided a telescope. There is also a TV.  A smaller cosy sitting room with TV allows flexibility.  . There is a selection of books and games available and a wealth of information about the local area..

There are three bedrooms which can be configured as one superking (6ft) double and two twins or two superking doubles and one twin. They all have crisp oversized pure white cotton linen, plenty of storage and blackout lined curtains. The kitchen is very well equipped with good quality equipment to enable visitors to take full advantage of the wonderful local produce available. You’ll find tea, coffee, sugar and some oil and spices in the cupboards. There are two shower rooms, each with near level access showers.

A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is plenty of both indoor and outdoor drying space. A lockable garage is available to store outdoor equipment such a bicycles and kayaks .  An outdoor tables and chairs are provided so you can enjoy this secluded spot. There is plenty of space to park.

Wifi, a cot, highchair, towels, linens and a modest stock of wood for the fire is available free of charge. We make an small charge for up to three dogs who are welcome subject to a few simple rules.

We've invested in Varis to minimise its enviromental impact.  Heating is via an air source heat pump and we installed solar PV panels.  We provide environmentally (and septic tack friendly) cleaning products.  Our 2024 EPC of B reflects this investment.
