Terms and Conditions for Prize Draw:
Organiser: This competition is run by EmbraceScotland, the marketing arm of The Association of Scotland’s Self-Caterers (ASSC), registered office: 227 West George Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 2ND.

By entering this competition, you acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram, and you release Facebook and Instagram from any liability in relation to this competition.
Eligibility: The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the ASSC, and their immediate families.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from Wednesday 20th November 2024 at 6pm, until Wednesday 11th December 2024 at 23:59 hrs. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be counted.
Prize: Box of Tunnock’s Snowballs and a Tunnock’s Gift Bag. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s UK address. No international shipping is available.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize as displayed in the photograph may not be exactly as shown.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place on 12th December, and the winner will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
- The winner will be notified via a direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 2 days of the draw.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 28 days of being notified. If no response is received, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. The prize will be sent to the winner’s UK address after they confirm their details.
Disqualification: ASSC (EmbraceScotland) reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Entries that contain offensive content, fake accounts, or are incomplete may be disqualified at the organiser’s discretion.
Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and entry details for promotional purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here.
