Each property has a private terrace or balcony with garden furniture and a barbecue whilst inside each has a spacious open plan living, kitchen, dining room with a wood burning stove, comfy sofas and chairs, 40" Freeview TVs, DVD player, Sonos, iPod dock or Bluetooth speaker.

The very well-equipped kitchens have an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Bedrooms have either a superking / king size bed, which can be split into two singles or a double bed. All bedrooms are en-suite, one in each property has a bath with shower, and the others have a walk-in shower fitted with Trevi power showers. The comfy beds have sumptuous duvets and pillows and the bed linen is white Egyptian cotton. Microfibre duvets and pillows can be supplied if required.

There are useful storage cupboards for golf clubs and suitcases.

All properties have central heating and The Coach House has underfloor heating throughout.

Electricity, heating and a basket of logs is included in the rental cost, additional logs can be purchased from the office. Superfast WiFi is free.

Our 7 acres garden is ideal for a short stroll and we are perfectly located for golfing, cycling, walking, sight-seeing, visitor attractions and the local universities.

The properties are adjacent to each other and share a central courtyard so are ideal for family / friends gatherings or wedding parties of of up to 28 guests.

Our properties have been graded five star grading by Visit Scotland and are all very clean, well-equipped and comfortable.

The Coach House is fully wheelchair accessible and we can provide bed raisers, and other mobility aids if required.

We have a barbecue hut which guests can hire when here and our treehouse is a hit with the wee ones.
